Wine made with the "Listán Negro" variety and a minority percentage of "Temppranillo" and "Syrah". Follow the quality parameters of the Denomination of Origin Tacoronte - Acentejo (Tenerife). The careful and adequate control of the ripening of the fruit and respect for the idiosyncrasies of the area, give this wine an excellent quality. Intense color with violet rims. Very fruity on the nose and an intense and elegant mid palate. Serving temperature: 18ºC. Pairing: cured cheeses, grilled meats, fatty fish.
