AGING: This wine is aged in French oak barrels for 8 months.

PREPARATION: The grapes are pressed by bleeding method and fermented in stainless steel tanks, using natural yeasts and controlled temperatures. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 8 months. Finally, the wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled.

WINE PAIRING: Roasted red meats, game birds, poultry, pork chops, lamb, white meats, pasta, risottos, paellas, sautéed mushrooms, stews, mature cheeses, sausages, cold cuts.

Total Acidity = 4.1 gr / l (in tartaric acid)
PH = 3.2
Reducing Sugars = <2 gr / l.
