FROM: Abona – Tenerife.

Grape: 70% Baboso Negro and 30% Syrah. 

Capacity: 75 cl. Year: 2017.

Red wine made with the Baboso negro and Syrah varieties. Manual selection grain by grain of those that are at the optimum moment of maturation and long cold pre-fermentation maceration with their skin. Fermentation with a submerged hat to obtain all the qualities of the grape. Fermentation aging in French oak and later refined in the bottle.

Alcohol: 14,0 % vol

Residual Sugars: < 2 gr/l

Total Acidity: 4.1 gr/l (in tartaric acid)
