Straw yellow color with greenish iridescence. Clean aromas with fruity notes (pear, medlar) and aniseed (fresh fennel). In the mouth it is dry and fresh, with a certain volume, recalling the sensation of the nose with a slight bitterness at the end, a typical note of the variety.

Alcohol: 13,5 % vol

Residual Sugars: < 2 gr/l

Total Acidity: 4.13 gr/l (in tartaric acid)

PH: 3,2
